It's Emersyn's birthday! Seven years....it hardly seems possible.
Let's reminisce, shall we? Remember how she had absolutely NO hair? Too bad I wasn't an accomplished knitter back then, or she could have had cute hats to hide that fact. This was her first day at church. She slept the entire day.
This was the one thing I bought before we had her. Gap Outlet when it was nearby. Oh how I miss that store!
A three year old....
...and the third birthday party while we were on a family ski trip. Most of the time I don't think my girls look alike and then I see some of these pictures when Emersyn was three and I might as well be looking at Quinlyn.
And now I have this red headed beauty. She's wise beyond her years and a ton of fun. We started our morning with birthday pancakes and, as is the tradition, I try to make a fun shape. I told her it wasn't the best horse I had ever made and she said "I understand. There's no gluten." Thank goodness for Pamela's Products...the girls loved the pancakes!
The first seven years have flown by. Happy Birthday to my big girl!
It is so hard to believe that seven years has gone by already I still remember waiting for the call at Kays saying she was here! And oh how I remember that stripey dress she was such a little thing!
